The last 15 years or so, I'd watch the bigger games and think that we just couldn't hang with those guys, they are a clear step above us. Just don't feel like that right now. Now I think LSU would beat us, still think USC will be favored over us this year, but we can compete with them and will have a chance.
Besides Georgia, (I didn't see Texas) I didn't get the feeling that a team I was watching would just plain whoop us. Nice not to feel like a 3rd rate team anymore. I really only think the tippy top teams would embarrass now, we'd be competitive with all but the title contenders.
