8-2. I get it. ask me in August and ill take it. Right? Whatever. You play to win them all. Why sugarcoat everything? Do you forget we lost by 59 points a week ago? We are not even close to competing with the top ten. Will we? Highly doubtful unless we pay a coach. Say it like it is. For what its worth, i am a husker fan.

I see, so since you play to win them all, you can't be happy unless we win them all? Yes of course you say you are a Husker fan. Don't all of the people who can never be happy with anything this team does say they are a Husker fan? So being happy with being 8-2 right now is sugarcoating everything. If you were honest, I think you would admit that you were disappointed that we won. Because when we lose, you at least have more reason to complain. Every time we win, you have less reason to complain, but you sure try to come up with a reason anyway.

I'll take 8-2 going forward after last year and the insane bo drama.
The Huskers picked themselves up with a good win over a decent minnesota team.
We need a good solid win over maryland going into the iowa game.
We might even see a 10-2 record going into a bowl game.
The main thing is we have atleast 20 qb's ready next year, incase one or 3 go down
and we have to find a decent one in the rest of the group.
We are a passing team now, and since we are a passing team we will need a passing qb starting next year. With a passing qb, we will be able to utilize 5 receivers next year. Thats 5 more players being used on offense compared to this year.

Out of them 17 qb's we have next year, we also have to worry about the johhney staton superstar over sexed thing. where a qb can become a clump of dna with no real value on the gridiron. so there's another 5 qb's lost. now we are down to 12 qb's. out of them 12 qb's we should be able to find at least 1 joe ganz diamond in the rough type guy. even though leech and snyder find them left and right like they are growing on trees.

so lets go ahead and play tommie ball, beat maryland, beat iowa, and win the bowl.
and escape this mash unit season at 11-2!

Pretty sute we played with Wisconsin thanks for playing though op.

Forget it. We aren't Iowa, who is way better than we are. After all, they beat Michigan yesterday. We aren't Pitt, who dispatched Clemson. Heck, we aren't Georgia or Ole Miss, both of whom beat top 10 teams. Just admit it. We suck. Chuck makes too compelling of an argument.

I'll break it down for you in plain English. We are a good team, not a great team. Yet. We have shown we are there with Wisconsin as the best team in the West. Are we on Ohio State's level? No. OSU has been recruiting top 5 classes for 5 years. Reloading the NFL talent with 4 and 5 star recruits. OSU has one of if not the best coach in CFB. OSU has depth. OSU is one of the few teams in the nation that can compete with Bama on the field. Give this staff a few years to get their recruits in here. Good lord, I REALLY hate our "fans" sometimes!! We are 8-2 with an OT loss and a loss to one of the nations best!! Ya, lets scrap the staff and start over with a new high priced mercenary for a coach!! Frigging idiots on message boards sometimes.

Congrats, your team beat Michigan.

Playing back to back road games in primetime against a top 2 team and a top 7 team, in 8 days is absolutely ridiculous. And one game was overtime. Ohio State was completely rested, as they were home for two weeks...I can't believe people are so dense. The timing of games in season matter as much as the players on the field. No team in the country goes 2-0 in our position, and we easily could have beaten Wisky. In fact no one in the country beats Ohio state in that situation, most would get blown out, especially if Qb goes down for 3 quarters.
