Wow, it is exciting to see the people he brings in when we need to replace a coach. And he gets it done efficiently. Years past I was so worried about losing a coach and who they would be replacing him with. Not anymore, Riley doesn't just replace, he upgrades. Donte Williams sure appears to be a home run hire and a great fit on paper. Great young coach and dynamic recruiter. Plus he is connected to the Cali area that Riley is really recruiting hard trying to get difference making athletes. Williams was already recruiting numerous highly rated players that we are still in contention for, and it appears those recruits really liked him. Win Win in my book.
