Wagers with other fanbases

I have heard some of you making bets/wagers with Iowa fans due to proximity of where a lot of you live. For those of you who are outside the NU/IA footprint, do you have any bets you have made with other fans of other fan bases? I live in Penn State country and their fans, well documented here, are a bit different. Separate of the Sandusky thing, their fans always think they will win everything even though they really haven't won much big picture wise over the years. One of my buddies wanted to make 2 wagers on this season. He thinks Penn State will win more then 9 games and win more then Nebraska. He is fully convinced there is no way he will lose these bets!
