VB - #2 Nebraska @ #7 Wisconsin

Smrek had one play where she got to run straight at the net, leap up and slam the ball across the net with explosive power for a kill, but other than that she pretty much was not a factor in the game. I think she is just too big and if you make her have to move, she is not as effective.

I did not realize Smrek and two other players are from Canada and Wisconsin has four Euro players on their team.
Got to search the globe to find those 6’8 and 6’9 players

I'm guessing Landfair has been outperforming Krause in practice & matches?

What an embarrassment of riches Cook has on the bench. I really believe that if you split our roster in two that both teams would be ranked in the Top Ten.

Landfair is a former AA, and it is starting to show for her lately. Both Krause and Landfair will have their share of unforced errors, but in recent games Landfair has shown she will get more kills. She led the team last night with 13. Krause won’t do that.

If I recall correctly, I believe Landfair has always played well against Wisconsin. I'm glad that she is finally in the starting rotation and playing well. I think she gives us that X factor against Wisconsin that we were missing before.

I feel like Landfair adjusts to the ball better than Krause as well. If the set isn’t exactly where Krause needs it, she doesn’t do so well, in my opinion.
