We are spending a week at the Ritz Carlton in Vail. This hotel is considerably more expensive then the hotels we normally stay in. Can anyone give me some guidance on tipping? How much should a bell hop be tipped? How much for the Valet? Do you tip the concierge and if so how much? Any guidance would be appreciated!
