UCF is trying to steal our recruits?
“I’ve never talked to Scott Frost, but I’ve heard he’s an incredible man,” Wildeman said. “UCF started kind of … one of their recruiting guys followed me on Twitter. I know he (and defensive coordinator Erik Chinander) run an aggressive, 3-4 defense, which would put me in a place to succeed, which would be nice. Whoever it is, I’m sure he’ll be the right man for the job.”
On a side note, the conspiracy theories can get a huge shot in the arm thinking they were right from the way things have unfolded since Riley got here since the "Frost Plan" was in place before he was hired.
Riley started right away with recruiting extra linebackers "for special teams."
Then Riley was forced to fire Hughes to start the next phase. Riley interviewed a DL coach and 'was set to make the hire" until he interviewed JP and JP's interview supposedly "blew him away." He hired JP in order to get coaches on the staff that Frost wanted so some coaches could be held over.
Then Riley was forced to fire Banker and hire Diaco to get a start on learning the 3-4 so the transition would be smooth from Riley to Frost (Chinander runs the 3-4 defense).
The only problem is that the 3-4 under Diaco sucked so back that the fans aren't feeling it and might not want Frost to bring his DC if he will contiue with the 3-4 scheme.
Gotta love conspiracy theories!
