I think Nebraska isn't all that different from last year but they've found a way to execute in the fourth quarter. They are 5-0. Iowa isn't all that different from last year but they have had different outcomes.
Nebraska isn't even close to as good as the top 6 programs this year. That's why it feels so weird to be ranked 9. But there is a pretty hard drop off from the top 6 to the rest.
Bama, Ohio State, Clemson, Washington, Michigan, and Louisville and maybe A&M are simply more explosive than any other team out there.
Look at Michigan State who was ranked 8 after a ND win. It turns out ND wasn't that good and Sparty was exposed. I'm fearful the same may happen to Nebraska and usually I'm the biggest sunshine pumper there is for Nebraska.
