What is a reasonable number of players that the program should have? I am all for a open walk on program and it has always been a big part of our program but when you have 10-15 guys who will never see the field, why continue to absorb the cost? At what point do you sit them down and tell them we only have 105-110 spots, take this extra time you have and put it towards studying.
