The lines I have seen are carolina -6.5 or -7.

Early season division game. Carolina at home 2 weeks in a row, on a short week. Both teams lost last week, so both should be desperate for a win.
Both QB were pretty disappointing last week.
Run CMc is biggest panther weapon.
Panthers CB’s should match up well with Bucs WR.
TB needs to utilize those TE more, Brate and Howard. Outside of Kuechly I don’t like panthers LB’s and S, so slot Wr and TE should have some success.
I’m Leaning towards Panthers covering on a 6.5 point line.
