Hire Larry Johnson as your defensive coordinator as well. We don't know if he can run a defense, but he sure can recruit. After all its been the talent as the issue why Iowa, Wisconsin, and Northwestern have dominated the West. It's also an impossible job to get talent to Ohio State.
