This staff is relentless! Do they ever sleep?

Eichorst was a moron along with his boss Harvey. No one could have a good working relationship with those two.
Eichorst hated the job and hated Bo...In turn, Bo hated him. All SE had to do was make life as easy as possible for his head coaches...instead he made things difficult and basically refused to be seen.

I guess all the 4 stars that we've been recruiting and committing don't count. Going after the 5 star top player in the country? Hmmm? Must have us cornfused with Iowa?
I definitely don't think there is a lack of effort or organization. The results so far really are pretty "meh". Of our 7 commits only 3 have decent offers/visit lists, and one is looking around a little.

This staff is going to have to develop players, especially at quarterback, and run sound schemes with players well adapted to their roles. Hopefully as they improve in the win/loss column, the staff will be able to pull in more talented players. I think we will be competitive relatively quickly (8-9 wins), but it's going to take years to actually start competing for conference championships.

Sh!t take.

It’s easy to make time for recruiting when you feel as though you don’t need to concentrate on the four and five stars that other schools do. give those 2 and 3 stars all the love because, “they are under the radar”. Let’s see how that works.
Little early for this take don't ya think? Look at the current recruiting rankings. They resemble nothing very close to where things will end up. Most 4-5 stars haven't committed yet. Although I hear you on your overall premise and you might be right, let's tap the brakes a little and see how things shake out.

That said, I do think if Rhule is going to die on the sword of developing 3 stars long term, it's not going to work to get us to championship level football. But, if it's a stepping stone to get us to winning seasons and grow long term toward getting more 4-5 stars, then it's a good strategy. Maybe the only option he's got honestly.

I think these coaches genuinely love football, it’s not about the money to them. I know we are in the honeymoon phase and the first 6 games could be a work in progress but goddamn I am ready to watch some competent football this fall. Really hope we can finally get that “ oh shit what’s going to happen now” monkey off our backs.

100% on the money sir!
