Reduce the number of regular season games to 10. The national champion will end up playing 15 games, but how is that any different than what we got now?

Tremendous plan in which more coaches can get bonuses for being average, and more ADs can give themselves a bonus for hiring such exceptional coaches.

The NCAA doesn't run the CFP. The College Football Playoff company does. There is still no official NCAA champion in the Football Bowl Subdivision.

The board, which consists of 11 college presidents and chancellors, is weighing the option for major college football not only to be governed outside the NCAA — which doesn’t oversee any portion of the sport’s postseason — but by the CFP itself.
