Wanting to eliminate lower conference auto bids in favor of more major conference teams that were in the bottom of their league is one of the worst ncaa tournament takes I’ve ever seen. The auto bid for every conference is what makes it fun and gives purpose to every team at the end of the year. At some point, just admit Nebraska didn’t deserve to make it because they couldn’t even make the big ten tournament. That’s not agenda. That’s W’s and L’s in conference play. We weren’t good enough this year (or minimally consistent enough). Period
