I think that Coach Jay Norvell will have the Nevada program going strong in a couple of years, and he will be a name to follow in the future. I really liked him on the Husker staff under Callahan. He struck me as grounded and very real. Also, an Iowa guy from the Hayden Fry days, so if they ever can afford to get rid of Ferentz, maybe that's a guy for them.
