It’s always bothered me that refs swallow their whistles and don’t call obvious penalties so the ‘players can decide the game’

Saw this at the end of the Bengals-Ravens game too

I thought it was pretty ridiculous as well, but typically they would have to tackle the receiver for a flag to be called on the last play of the game.

Post game, they just said they have never seen such a blatant hold not get called in that situation.

I said in another thread, but after my wife asked me why I was yelling so much I gave her a demonstration of how the USC DB was having off our DB.

I was then told I can't touch her like that until the kids are in bed.

It wasn’t a Hail Mary. It was a 25 yard pass. Huge difference. The ref should be fired, but just another Saturday in this crappy conference.

There's a difference between "letting them play" (which is what you're talking about) and what happened on the last play. On a play that pivotal, you can't ignore blatant pass interference that completely prevented our WR from even having a play on the ball.
