Polls at this point are pretty meaningless. That said I find it humorous and not very credible that some of those teams with losses are ranked so high, it's obviously based on past years and not just this year.
None of it matters for Nebraska. Nice to play at ranked teams the next 2 weeks. Need to find 1 more win in that remaining schedule

Thank goodness we’ve gone to an extended playoff. Been tired of polls for decades. Misery and Utah have bad losses and are still ranked. Michigan is ranked on reputation alone. It’s a joke.
Yeah the polls are a joke for sure. The 1 loss SEC teams need to drop another 5 spots at least (for losing against unranked opponents) and work their way back.. not sure any big 12 team should be ranked in the top 15. I'm good with Nebraska flying under the radar coming into the Indiana game as an unassuming under dog

Makes you wonder how Michigan is still ranked after losing to USC and Washington since neither are in the Top 25. LOL
Good stuff. I like watching The Red River Rivalry as long as it's not a beat down. I fear Texas might be that good that I won't be watching after the half.
Agree. That Michigan team is not a top 25 program. They could have very easily lost to Minny last week if not for the botched onsides kick call
Yeah, I think we could. This Michigan team is pretty simple to beat if you can stop their run game. Easier said than done, but I’m convinced we COULD beat them. Michigan defense isn’t nearly as good as the last few years, decent, but not nearly as good as they were.

The problem with not being able to score over 30 points is you can lose to almost any team.

I think the early line, back in August had NU like -6? I can't remember for sure.

Michigan is still ranked because their loss was to the #1 team.
Texas is #1 because they had a good win at Michigan.
I feel like Oregon, Ohio State, and Georgia could trounce them.
Penn State at #4 will be Ohio State's win that catapults them to #1.
