A bit off topic, but every time someone mentions the Vols I remember how they were changing coaches at the same time as when Nebraska hired Frost and were rumored to be interested in Frost as well. They've certainly recovered from that point whereas we have not.

Read somewhere that Hooker was buried on the death chart at Virginia Tech with little prospect of seeing the field before transferring to UT
