What does it look like next year? Take a stab

HC - Rhule
OC - Holgo - Think he changed things and I like having him here.
WR - Nixon, but has a different title
RB - Barthell - Gets to stay
TE - Off the map guy from G5
OL - Donnie because DR15 stays

DC - Dvorcek (Phil Snow Assisting)
DB - Butler, but we have to replace that position very soon
LB - Promote the GA
DL - Knighton stays. I'm highly skeptical he stays, but who knows

ST - Bill Busch - Rhule wilts to the local pressure and brings him on

We all piss and moan about the staff continuing to not bring in the big dogs.

Bill Busch would be a very pleasant surprise ..

Promote the GA ? Stop giving a kid his first full time job at a Big Ten school. We all bemoan the current WR coach. I would not take the chance. Let them go learn outside of the Power 2 or FCS or d2.

Read the thread. It's not what I want them to do, I am taking a guess at what Rhule will do. I'd also like to see Ron Brown back as the RB coach.

Well pass my message on to Rhule. I don’t think it’s wise to put a rookie on staff.
we are a developmental program

coaches and players come here to learn to love themselves before taking the next step in their careers

Matt Rhule is very proud of this. if you aren't, go root for iowa!

Jeff Nixon is OC at Syracuse he is not a position coach don’t care what title you give him . Pot roast is gone. Dvorcek will not be DC .

I would like to see NU take a run at Jim Leonhard for DC. Feel like I need a bath after saying it, because I despise all things Wisconsin. But I think he would be a good fit.

I genuinely interested in why people think this. I lean that direction as well, but dude was a pretty good coach for the Bills. Is it just getting guys to play for him? He's more of a pro coach then a college guy? Interested in the convo around Butler.
He hasn’t served as a DC in over ten years and there has to be a reason for that. Not to mention running coverages in the secondary that continuously put players out of position.
