Tailgating recommendations

Looking at doing some tailgating this year. Use to go to the Indian reservation, but with the ban of alcohol need to go somewhere else. Thinking the Haymarket ballpark. Can I just pull in and pay or are those reserved? Any help would be appreciated. TIA
