Tailgate Question: Television and Dish

We are going to add a television to our tailgating experience this fall. What is the ideal size/make/model for television and is Dish Tailgater still the preferred viewing package? We are in a relatively “open” lot without much building interference.

Any suggestions by the professionals would be appreciated. Thank you.
