I highly doubt the scenario of Taggart leaving Oregon for Florida State.
According to ESPN: If Taggart leaves Oregon before Jan. 31, 2018, he would owe the university $3 million. In addition, he would also owe the $1.5 million buyout that Oregon paid USF last year.
I can think of $4.5 millions reasons why he stays put this year. This makes me feel better about the potential Frost to Oregon rumors. Then again Florida State could pays those figures as well. This weekend needs to just get here as soon as possible and let Frost declare he is coming home!
