Meyers on the mound for the Skers. Leadoff double to LF for Minny. Next batter flies out to LF, runner stays put. Next batter flies out to CF but the runner does advance to 3rd on the play. A groundout ends the inning and gets Nebraska out of the mini threat.

Schreiber singles past SS to leadoff the inning! Alvarado with a single to CF puts runners on 1st and 2nd! Roskam takes a full count fastball and drills an RBI double to left center!!! Runners now on 2nd and 3rd! Mojo walks on a full count to load the bases! Wilkening with an RBI single to CF and the bases are still loaded!!! Schlepp grounds into a 4-6-3 DP but Roskam does score on the play and Mojo moves to 3rd. Meyers is HBP to put runners on the corners. Altavilla with a hard fly out to CF to end the damage at 3 runs.

After failing to get the SAC bunt down the next batter hits into a 4-6-3 DP! A K ends the inning!!! Huge for Meyers to get through that jam and the gamble pays off.
