True. I've coached soccer for 25 years and never got into it with a ref who then rubbed their chin and said, "Ya know, you may have a point there. I'll reverse my call." But I can't help myself and still wind up chirping at a ref.

Yeah but there are always those guys who think that they can "work" the refs! The trouble is the officials aren't stupid and the last thing that they are going to do is give in to the unlikable human beings that try to do such things. But I'm sure from their point of view, the coaches who think that they can manipulate the refs think that it is working.

I’m not condoning this incident but it looked like the water bottle was thrown out on the court and not towards any people …just how I saw it—still dumb move with certain consequences.
