I think NU was a finalist for Adebayjo(sp?) also.

He was transferring from Washington. Had signed transfer papers and took a late visit to ole miss with his mom and the rest is history. Would have been nice to have him but next man up.

Stringfellow got kicked off U Dub's football team for fighting with Seahawk fans after the Seahawks won the Super Bowl. He was with a Husky QB from Denver, Cyler Miles. Miles is not with the team anymore, either. The Huskers really didn't need Stringfellow on their team. Sure he's talented but he will get Ole Miss and/or himself in trouble before he leaves Oxford

I think most receivers would choose to have Kelly throwing to them over Tommy. It was the best move for him in the end, albeit sleazy as hell.

you're referring to Cyler Miles from denver mullen. He was the starter at udub until injury and graduation.

Miss looked great the first half last night--but Fisher made major adjustments and FSU dominated the rest of the game. Two different halves. Sounds like we are, in the end, better off without players like Stringfellow. Wonder if the truth re SEC recruiting will ever emerge?

No. Miles left the Huskies voluntarily before his junior year.

Washington quarterback Cyler Miles is taking a “voluntary leave of absence” from football and will not participate in spring practice, the school announced Friday.

As things stand, Miles does not plan to play for the Huskies during the 2015 season, but he is keeping his options open, a source with knowledge of Miles’ plans told The Seattle Times
