This is Year 3. Three years is enough to at least implement a culture that is disciplined. Untimely penalties, lack of focus, mental mistakes. All things that are between the ears that haven’t gotten any better.
And don’t bring up the UCF tenure to justify any of this. Playing in the American with recruits in your backyard is different than here. If you want to win in the B1G, discipline and focus is the NUMBER 1 priority. This staff needs a coming to Jesus moment to fix whatever it is they’re doing to focus on the little things, and simply more time to implement this current “culture” isn’t it.
