I know there is a previous thread but when is he going to make a decision? It would seem like he would be wise to do it sooner rather than later? Just curious what the latest was with him....

I don't have any specific information on this kid but in cases of grad-transfers its not uncommon for a kid to have made a choice but not announce it until the logistics have been taken care of. The loophole that allows for grad transfers (to play right away) is that his current (soon to be past) school does not offer a specific grad major that another school does. Thus you need to find an academic program that fits that description and then he has to gain admission to the program which some schools aren't as friendly to their football program as others in that regard. Just last week there was a kid who was thought to be transfering to UCLA (from Texas) but the specific graduate program he wanted rejected him and now he is off to SMU.
