Spring Game Recruits

So I hear the spring game recruit list is picking up some heavy steam, anybody have some intell on who we can expect?

Pledger, Radley-Hiles and Thompson are the big dawgs. Numerous other top 250 players attending.

I believe there are 18 4 stars, with 14 of them in the Rivals 250 that will be attending. Also, 7 or 8 3 stars so far. Last year I believe there were 8 4 stars that visited for the spring game. Pretty impressive list so far.

Man Pledger is a beast and a must get for this class. I'm hoping we get 70k plus in the stands and its a beautiful day.

I would wait until the week before the game before getting excited about who is actually going to make it. A lot of players say they are goin 1-2 months out that don't actually make the trip.

Only four total linemen on that list. Does anybody know on how many we are planning on taking this year? I wish Trout was in this list.

I'm not entirely sure. My guess was just a couple of each (so like, 4-5 total), but they need to be the right fit for the 3-4 on D line, specifically. We actually have had a very decent haul of linemen over the last couple of years on both O and D, so it's nowhere near the state of emergency it was. This class is only supposed to be about 18 scholarships, so slightly smaller than last year's class.

Unless you have attrition, only Natter leaves from the front 3 on defense. So maybe they take 2 there. On offense, they lose 4 guys, there will be 14 scholarship OL after the fall, assuming Conrad doesn't get one, 15 if he does. So I would guess 2 OL are taken as well, 3 if Conrad stays a walk on.
