And with Phil Steele and others clamoring for a big improvement from Nebraska and the tendency for fans to be "over", it could be just as likely that sportsbooks are comfortable continuing to take over 8.5 bets on the adjusted vigorish knowing that the books will need Nebraska under 8.5.I'll say it once more, and I'm on record, Vegas has us way, way over.
