Sitting In Richmond VA

Sitting in the Infiniti dealership waiting for my air conditioner to be fixed. Driving from Houston to NYC and air goes out. Last summer went out between Albuquerque and Houston. Anyone else have issues with their Infiniti. Thought these were suppose to have good service records.
