Throw out the playbook. Put Sims under center. Irvin to fullback and Rahmir as tailback in the I-formation. QB sneaks and rollout passes to tight ends. Get Sims the hell out of the pocket where he can do damage with legs and not throw interceptions. Minimize weakness of slow O-line by going forward rather than backward. A little option football can go a long way to getting 6 wins rather than this S$&@-Show. Either that or start HH.

have to stop asking Simms to do things he isn't capable of doing - which means

no shotgun as he can't catch the snap
no motion in the offense because it confuses him
no passes
no handoffs because he can't execute that

that leaves you with just QB sneaks
