SIAP: Billy Devaney's new gig

Alliance of American Football: Tim Ruskell and Billy Devaney will join the AAF as general mangers overseeing the Orlando and Atlanta teams, according to Alex Marvez of the Sporting News. Ruskell was team president for personnel of the Seattle Seahawks during the club’s first Super Bowl run in 2005 and now works as a scout for the Titans. Devaney was the St. Louis Rams’ GM from 2009-11 and most recently was player personnel director under Mike Riley at Nebraska.
