No one wants to see the same teams in the playoffs each year. The Alabamas can spend unlimited resources to buy their way in.
The NCAA needs to do its job. They slapped caps on scholarships already. Now it is time to reign in the spending.
Each team should get a pool to spend from. If they go over, the rest of the teams in their conference get extra scholarships. Or better yet, they lose scholarships depending on how much they go over.
