For this upcoming season to be considered successful, I feel like we’ll need to reach a bowl game & make (almost) every game competitive to the end, but also get a feel from the team that the players are buying in to Frosts culture & that the culture is shifting in a new & positive direction. Culture from a “playing hard till the final whistle” & “doing everything possible to win” type of mentality, not necessarily personality related.. Are there any other signs that we as fans can observe for on saturdays that would be clear indicators to you guys that this team is in fact buying in & tilting the axis of the program in the direction we need & expect it too if we’re going to be successful in the sense of winning the west & competing for BIG Championships in the coming years?
