Tried to call them but phone 1-866-274-8257 not in service ??? Keep getting a SIVERLIGHT box saying outdated & needs to be updated . What's this about - afraid to update as I don't know what's up with this. How do I reach Rivals now - anyone ??? service extremely slow ... ANYONE ??? know what's up ?
