He and the late Nikolai Volkoff were entertaining to say the least. The backstory behind these guys is remarkable.

I just saw his Biography on WWE legends. He was a bodyguard for the Shah of Iran. In the 80's he was the ultimate villain. He would come out waving the Iranian flag and say America phooey and spit. Then Nikolai comes out in the height of the cold war singing the Soviet anthem. Great villains. People wanted to kill those dudes. 80's and 90's wrestling will never be out done.

Dude had a temper and a half. Was a part of the first era of wrestling I watched. Would not have been as fun without him.
