-It is possible to get back
-Has to be an outstanding recruiter on a national stage
-Mike Riley hire set Nebraska back a few years. He didn't transcend Nebraska
-Frost does do that for Nebraska because of his Husker legacy + he's a nationally recognized coach because of his success at UCF
-Won't have problems recruiting offensive guys because of system
-Hardest job is recruiting defensive players because there are games that they are going to give up 40+ points
