Why so surly, bad time of the year to be so, people really try to be friendly for the most part. I think most people just want to communicate thoughts and ideas and I'm sure they don't need to be put down for them, just a thought. jmo

Not many at all drank the poison with him. Early on, people bought it. In the end, nearly everyone was glad he was gone.

I guess my point was that in the end, most recognized the cult and got out before the spiked koolaid was offered.

Expectations were way too high from the beginning.
Not sure if it was just because he was a former player or fans were just hoping for better results in FB.
However, it was taken to the extreme.
Without considering that Frost did not really have much head coaching experience in a major conference, it was assumed by most, including Frost himself, that he was bringing back the glory days. Printing shirts, singing songs, talking trash in press conferences; it was all good until he actually started coaching.
Too much optimism and gloating without backing it up with some results first.
Yes, it is ok to be excited by a new hire with the prospect of improvement over the previous coach, but it was way over the top with Frost.
It is good to see that this time around with Rhule that it is being handled more reasonably so far for the most part... However it does look like the shirts are already for sale. (please, do not buy them yet)
