Lets just finish this here and save some time. I assume that new AD won't fire Mike unless he tanks. A. So assume Mike does well, all recruits stay. B. Mike tanks, he will be fired by new AD and most of those recruits will be gone. Simple.
A. Probably some O coaches get the boot. The recruiting class and new O Staff additions hopefully make us a solid team. Don't lose many seniors so next year will be much improved.
B. New coach brings in his own people, but is smart enough to keep the Williams brothers. The Williams connections is able to keep some of the big recruits. But new coach runs offense that is NOT PRO STYLE because that doesn't work here. We run some hybrid spread/option offense and everything is right in the world.
Bottom line- Let's not fret over every tweet a recruit makes for the next four months. As we have seen over the last 15 years our recruiting rankings haven't really mattered . We've had some good and bad and nothing to show for either. What matters is having the right guy at the helm. Translation, if we find the right coach having Bookie won't matter. DON'T FLIP OUT. Understand what I'm saying. I love the Bookie and would love to have him but the right coach is more important than any recruit.
