Can anyone give us an update on where we stand with the recruits who are committed to us but took visit else where over the weekend, and also give any info on the recruits that were on campus this weekend.

Neither has flipped yet and our DL commit said he still considered himself an NU commit.

I posted that this might be a situation where NU coaches move him on, so I'm wondering if they have him a heads up that it could happen so he started exploring options, but would prefer to stay with NU.

Reese still isn't doing interviews with NU contacts (OWH, N. Clouse, etc.). That may have changed, but I saw it last night.

Coaches went through a flurry of Retweeting Damion Daniels tweets last night. He visited CU and someone reported he might visit Ol' Mi$$ and USC (west).

Coach Dub (CB) went to church with Thomas Gahram on Sunday. He's scheduled to announce on Friday. Good news for NU.

Filliaga was here this weekend and they rolled out Polynesian red carpet. He said the visit was a "perfect 10".

Isaac Slade-M(?) said it was surprising and his folks loved it.

Ben Miles brought the Mad Hatter.

Gavin Holmes, WR from DFW loved it and sounds like he thought about committing but wants to take more visits. Former Iowa recruit.

So when will we be able to add Les Miles to the staff? I figured he and his son were a package deal! ;)

ND is in on Calvin and Graham. Greg Johnson visited this weekend, but he's not a realistic option.

Calvin: ND or NU
Graham: ND, Oregon, or NU

Wouldn't be surprised to see both at ND or neither at ND. Nothing concrete one way or another. So how's that for a non-update.

Is Oregon really in it for Graham? They don't even have a DC or DB coach yet.
Also why do you think Johnson isn't a realistic option at ND?

In terms of confidence to Nebraska I would go:
Johnson
Calvin
Graham

I terms of need I would go:
Graham
Johnson
Calvin (I think we can get Holmes here who is just as good).

I do think the Oregon noise is a product of their overzealous 247 mod. Graham has been tough to read since he's been linked to so many different teams. Committed to USC, UCLA, Arizona, ND, now Nebraska and Oregon have all "led" at one point.

On Greg Johnson, I just don't see that one happening for ND. He did just visit, and perhaps once there's a different tune after his visit, but it's been quiet so far. Plus his younger bro just pledged to USC.

I think Johnson is a lock for DWill.

Graham I can see looking around seriously a bit more.

Ok, I'm in...WE SHOULD HAVE NEVER FIRED FRANK SOLICH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just heard from a NASA engineer that he's hearing that now global warming is causing global cooling......we are in fact now in a cooling trend.:confused:
It's the Russians planning global warming to give them a better crop-growing potential

ND writers are saying they're hearing Graham is struggling with the distance and will end up staying closer to home.

I can't imagine Oregon is in play, no position coach or coordinator, right? Stranger things have happened, that's for sure.

Yah I like NU's chances here. His cover story with ND though, will seem rather thin to ND if he picks here (which is what 90 minute plane ride?). Sucks to be them.

I think we are sitting pretty good with Slade, Lewis, Calvin, Graham, Lenoir, Daniels, Blades, and Johnson. I hope we can get Holmes. We need his speed to take the top off defenses.

Porcher is gone?

We are basically out on darnay sadly. But with Graham and Calvin and Lewis the awesom skill guy's are still out there. DLine is the concern now.

If you're replying to me, it's well known and a given we have no shot at Darnay. I am talking about Gavin Holmes. I thought that needn't be explained.
