OT Jalan Robinson
Just had a chance to catch up with recently offered offensive tackle Jalan Robinson out of Lawrence (Kan.) Free State. He told me Nebraska RB coach Ryan Held was by the school today mainly because he's good friends with the Free State head coach. After Held met with the coach and Robinson he waited to get the green light from OL coach Greg Austin and HC Scott Frost to offer. Austin and Frost liked what they saw on film and Held informed Robinson of the offer tonight.
Robinson will be taking an official visit to Lincoln this Wednesday and Thursday. Then he will travel to Starkville, Miss. for his Miss. St. official this weekend before making a decision. Both schools have offered as a tackle with the possibility to play inside as well.
I asked him about his offer from Kansas and he told me it was not a full-ride offer from the Jayhawks, just a preferred walk-on offer right now. His offers from NU and MSST are both full-rides.

The Huskers have made another offer to a 2018 offensive tackle in the region. Today's went out to Lawrence (Kan.) Free State OT Jalan Robinson. The 6-foot-5, 296-pound Robinson has really started to heat up lately adding recent offers from Kansas and Mississippi State in addition to Nebraska today.
Will be interesting to see if NU tries to get him up to Lincoln this weekend or if he could even possibly be a mid-week official visitor.

There have been a handful of new offers go out to underclassmen so far today.
***2019 Rivals100 ATH Isaiah Williams (5'11, 170) out of St. Louis (Mo.) Trinity Catholic was re-offered by Nebraska QB coach Mario Verduzco today. Just so happens to be the 2017 Missouri Gatorade Player of the Year's birthday.
