After years of corporate training and studying the traits of successful Leaders I still don't see how Frost has shown any of the necessary Leadership Skills to be a big winner. Please prove me wrong. Find Leadership articles that support the way he has run our team. I want to be proven wrong because the way the media is writing about Frost's future it appears he is going to be given at least 1 more year to prove he can put a well coached winning football team on the field. His 4 years at Nebraska have not shown us many of the skills one looks for in a dynamic leader. Below article is one of many that give traits that we look for when hiring leaders. Outside of confidence I don't see him checking off many of the boxes.
