Yeah, Ganz was a stud, actually. Apparently, he holds 23 school records. Threw for 400+ and 500+ in his first two starts. He hit receivers in stride and allowed them to run after the catch. He wasn't fast but he was a good scrambler. As for Armstrong, you are right. I cannot and do not want to make an argument for him. I suppose Lord should be rated ahead of him, but I am no fan of Martinez. Horrible leader, very fast but not a tough runner. Rarely hit receivers in stride. Would occasionally hand off instead of keeping it in the option and get a teammate clobbered just because he was playing hurt and didn't want to get hit.I totally agree you could make an argument for Ganz #1. But you absolutely cannot make an argument for Armstrong #3.
