Raiola and Johnson joining NU Track?

Do you really believe that Raiola isn't already doing speed training? Acceleration programs are being utilized by middling high school athletes in every state in the union. His dad was quick for an O lineman but there's a reason he was an O lineman and not a running back. Dylan is fast enough to scramble for a first down. IMO, it's more about not being tentative when he runs and delivering blows instead of absorbing them. Slide if your coaches require it but don't be tentative. I would like to see him keep the ball at least 2-3 times per game on read options.

as you can see in this thread alot of times there's a lack of communication...raiola himself said he needs to step up his running game...I say this and people think I'm asking for tommie frazier....this lack of communication is why I posted the mahomes run to be crystal clear...

but I also posted how emmit could improve break away speed using track training methods..because I don't think we are going to sign a back with break away speed (see hardy for an example)...
so I did 2 things with this thread...kinda like how I would like raiola to do 2 things. pass first and then run if the situation calls for it...

if folks want to troll and spellcheck, thats ok, it's the internet and there's all types of people who identify all types of ways..
but I do think it's important to make football posts addressing problems.

you are right like I said raiola agrees with be about his need to improve running, someone else who might agree? how about the blackshirts? when we play a qb who can be mobile, they agree with me that it can be problematic...

so I leave the 2 videos because if a picture can be a 1000 words, a video can be much much more

it's the off season and a time to reflect back on what to build going forward...

1. Johnson, I feel Johnson is our best back right now...but with something to work on before next year..
breakaway speed...
How many times have we been there with emmit as he twists and turns thru heavy traffic until there's green feild ahead..
but then he gets tackle from behind? how many?
I would think this is the time emmit gets with NU track and gets that 4th gear...
to get the easy yards...

2. Raiola, I feel Raiola is our best qb right now...but with something to work on before next year..
Mahomes type running...
How many times have we been there with donovan as he waits for a receiver to get open then,
he throws the ball away to the sidelines? how many?
I would think this is the time donovan gets with NU track and gets that 1st gear..
to get the easy 1st down...

Johnsons in-between the tackle running, and raiola's arm will allways be the main focus..
but maybe some time working with NU track would help them tremendously going fourth..

them 2 first then we can see about rush ends and lb's working with NU track..
He better learn to slide correctly and at the right times. Along with hitting WIDE OPEN guys for TD's would help
