- Nebraska's biggest priority is going to be retaining the key contributors on the current roster, specifically the front with Terrance Knighton reportedly set to follow White: Jimari Butler is already planning to enter the transfer portal. A few others in the defensive line room probably will too. Keeping Riley Van Poppel, James Williams, and Keona Davis around should be a top, top priority for Rhule. Keep an eye on some movement in the secondary as well potentially, especially with the report that Evan Cooper could be joining White and Knighton in Tallahassee.

As far as we know, both Tyson Terry and Kade Pietrzak remain on track to sign with the Huskers this week. Simpson could opt to wait or back off his pledge.
