It's a huge advantage to the ealry enrollees to be on campus in January to begin workouts and lifting to prepare their bodies for high level college football. I was curious if the February signees were provided with workouts by their college coaches that are tailored to what they should expect when they get on campus or if they workout on their own accord prior to getting on campus. Seems like this would help them not be so far behind when they get on campus in the summer. Can anyone shed any light on this?
