Purdon't

the same Burrow who was backup to veteran, 3x All-American, 25 Ohio State record-holding JT Barrett? the same Burrow that transferred to a blue blood with a stacked, proven coaching staff and a roster comprised of first round NFL talent?

yeah, that's just like Hudson Card getting beat out twice by underclassmen and transferring to a bottom barrel B1G school.

point is, for every Joe Burrow, there are 10 Max Browne's.

They need to make something worth while for these bowls if you win. Have everybody have the 1st week of the season an open week. Whoever you play in the bowl game is who you play the first week. The 1st week game is played at the winner of the bowl games home field. Then teams have something to play for. If guys opt out, they are now hurting their entire program.

As for the teams that dont make a bowl game, the NCAA has a scheduling committee that matches the rest of the teams up and whoever has the highest home attendance numbers the previous season gets home field. The home team automatically pays the visiting team $750,000

Other than that most of these games mean nothing except for an extra game for the 3rd and 4th string guys.

You aren't incorrect. You just asked for an example. In sure there are more. He should be in a super friendly offense at Purdue. Idk what Texas runs tbh.
