just curious after watching college punting formations (3 OL back by punter) with spacing along line and then watching NFL ( 2 gunners, tight formation)-- it seems more logical to not have three big people and a punter as a liability covering punts. Is it because with spacing u can get down field faster?? Anyone educated as to the reasons why the non similarities between the leagues let me know.
