Proliferation of walk-ons and Title IX implications

If our football roster grows dramatically because of increased walk-ons, does Nebraska dump a men’s sport?

Is that how it works? Is it the right thing to do?

I feel it’s worth it, if that’s how it works. Basketball can go away.
