Problems accessing RSS

I can access it easily on my cell phone, but I cannot access it on my laptop. When I try to access RSS on my laptop, it takes me to Tunnel Talk.

I have chatt session with Rivals but they seem clueless

Any thoughts.

I’ve tried calling Rivals, But I can’t get a human being to answer the phone.

Also, Rivals refuses to refund my money because of this problem. Pretty crappy customer service if you ask me
